When talking about Salento tradition, one cannot fail to mention homemade pasta.
Since I was a child, my grandmother and my mother taught me what my roots were: simplicity and humility turned from flour and water into a tasty and typical dish of orecchiette and maccheroncini al sugo. The experience I am proposing is really putting your hands in the pasta to learn how to make a typical dish of our tradition with a choice of orecchiette, maccheroncini or sagne ncannulate.
