    When talking about Salento tradition, one cannot fail to mention homemade pasta.

    Since I was a child, my grandmother and my mother taught me what my roots were: simplicity and humility turned from flour and water into a tasty and typical dish of orecchiette and maccheroncini al sugo. The experience I am proposing is really putting your hands in the pasta to learn how to make a typical dish of our tradition with a choice of orecchiette, maccheroncini or sagne ncannulate.

    Unique and very beautiful experience. Lucia with her passion for cooking and the traditions of Salento, prepared excellent dishes to taste. It was nice to be able to knead the orecchiette and then eat them. See you next time

    ¡Una experiencia maravillosa! Participé en una clase de cocina con Lucia y fue absolutamente encantadora. Aprendimos a hacer orecchiette salentinas desde cero, siguiendo la tradición local, y luego preparamos un delicioso tiramisú casero. Lucia fue muy amable, paciente y simpática durante toda la clase. Nos hizo sentir como en casa y compartió con nosotros no solo recetas, sino también historias y consejos auténticos de su región. ¡Recomiendo esta experiencia a todos los amantes de la cocina italiana!
