I highly recomend having a cooking class with Pierangela! She is very friendly, makes delisious food, and is patient with showing you how to do the cooking. This was my favorit experience from staying in Lecce!

Pierangela was an excellent teacher — warm, patient, and passionate. We made two types of pasta and a delicious tiramisù, with tasty aperitivos along the way. Her lovely family made the experience even more special. Truly a highlight of my trip and would highly recommend!

A very special evening of cooking, delicious food and family! Pierangela and her beautiful, young family were warm and welcoming. We made 2 delicious pastas and outstanding tiramisu. They served wonderful aperitifs and explained everything. 10/10🤩🤩🤩

We did a family cooking class with Pierangela. Our group included 16 adults and 2 babies. The experience was absolutely amazing! She expertly navigated a large multit-generational group with a mix of vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Her hospitality and kindness were above and beyond. We went to a local market and cheese shop. Everyone had a chance to try their hand at making a local specialty, orrechiate. The meal was delicious and we sampled wine made at a family winery. All in all a 5 star experience

My husband and I had the most incredible dinner tonight with Pierangela. She spoke very good English and was warm and welcoming from the first moment we met at her door. The meal she made forty’s after a pasta demonstration was without a doubt the best meal I have had while in Italy! Every part from the Prosecco to the appetizers to the pasta to the lemon filled pastry was fantastic. I rarely write reviews but Pierangela deserves it!!

Hello, my name is Pierangela, and cooking for others is one of the things that brings me the most joy. Since I was a child, I've wanted to experiment with the traditional recipes of my hometown. I was born in Gravina in Puglia, a town on the border between Puglia and Basilicata, boasting an incredibly rich culinary tradition. It's precisely this richness that drives me to cook: so many recipes, so many flavors, unique and unmistakable, exclusively ours. Panzerotti, focaccia barese, Pan cotto alla gravinese, U' ruccl (typical San Giuseppe focaccia), sweet ricotta calzones with pork ragu, orecchiette al tegamino, cavatelli, baked finocchietti, cartellate, and much more—these are the typical flavors of my homeland. For the past 12 years, I have been living in Lecce, in the wonderful and spectacular Salento, and from the beginning, I started to savor and create dishes typical of the Salento tradition, including the famous Pezzetti di cavallo, Ciceri e tria, Pittule, Pizzo, Frise, and the unmissable pasticciotto.
