During this culinary adventure, we will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies together. Alongside our orecchiette, let's indulge in homemade focaccia and bread, tarallini, vegetables, cheeses and cured meats carefully chosen to ensure maximum flavor. My name is Francesca, I am a mother of three girls to whom I lovingly dedicate everything I prepare in the kitchen. My passion for fresh pasta has roots from childhood, when I was enchanted to watch my grandmothers create orecchiette pasta with extraordinary skill.

- It was a unique experience of Italian cuisine. Our host Francesca not only gave us an insight into her cooking skills but also a deep insight into Apulian cuisine. Definitely an experience that I can recommend and would repeat.
- Francesca was an excellent teacher. The class was very nice and informative. She taught us well how to make different types of pasta and the real authentic Tiramisu. It's great to have people from all around the world to share stories an make pasta together.
