During this culinary adventure, we will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies together. Alongside our orecchiette, let's indulge in homemade focaccia and bread, tarallini, vegetables, cheeses and cured meats carefully chosen to ensure maximum flavor. My name is Francesca, I am a mother of three girls to whom I lovingly dedicate everything I prepare in the kitchen. My passion for fresh pasta has roots from childhood, when I was enchanted to watch my grandmothers create orecchiette pasta with extraordinary skill.

- Very nice! Super fun and memorable experience. Interesting to learn how to make pasta. She’s very kind as well as her pretty family. I recomend!
- Francesca very patiently taught our 3 kids (ages 8, 11, and 13) how to make focaccia and orecchiette and macaroni. The kids loved kneading dough and making shapes. She is very sweet and speaks good English! Lunch was lovely and it was interesting to be in a real home. Highly recommend, especially to families!
