Salento cuisine: fresh pasta and tiramisu in Lecce

Our menu will begin with an aperitif with durum wheat bread crostino, topped with fresh cherry tomatoes and seasonal arugula. We will then move on to the preparation of fresh pasta in two formats: fresh spaghetti made with durum wheat flour and dressed with a tomato and basil sauce and "cavatelli pugliesi" dressed with a ragout of seasonal vegetables. Finally, we will taste together everything you have prepared, accompanied by local wine and water. We will end with a good coffee, for an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience and the Italians' favorite dessert: tiramisu!
