Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

I invite you to join me for this cooking class in Lecce, where we’ll discover together the secrets of authentic Pugliese cuisine! In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, we’ll prepare focaccia topped with tomato, olives, onion, and basil, the famous panzerotto filled with tomato and vegetables, and a soft, stuffed potato focaccia.

During the class, we’ll make all the doughs from scratch, follow the baking process, and, of course, taste everything we’ve prepared, paired with excellent local wines. The experience will end with a classic Italian espresso and plenty of laughter. You’ll also take home a complete recipe booklet, so you can recreate these Pugliese flavors anytime you like!
