Discover the world of Italian cuisine at our cozy culinary school in Lecce, where you will become a chef for a day. We begin with a welcome appetizer with olives, tarallini and tomato friselline. We will prepare together a vegetable pie on parmesan cream, followed by the making of fresh pasta cappellacci filled with ricotta, lemon and basil with cherry tomato and basil sauce. Meat rolls with cheese and bacon will be served with vegetable cream. We will close with a single-portion classic tiramisu, tasting everything with wine and coffee.
