Do you want to discover the secrets of carbonara and cook with me in a real cooking school in Lecce, becoming a chef for a day? We will start with an aperitif to get to know each other, then we will prepare fresh handmade pasta and two typical dishes: spaghettoni cacio e pepe and the classic carbonara, also available in a vegetarian version with zucchini. We will finish with delicious single-portion tiramisu. We will toast with an excellent wine and enjoy together what we have cooked. You will take home the memory of a special day and a complete recipe book to do it all again in your own kitchen. I'll be waiting for you!
