"I’ve always loved getting my hands dirty, ever since I was a kid. When my mother kneaded the shortbread for cookies, I was immediately ready with a rolling pin and to get busy... The scents that intoxicated the house have always aroused great interest in me, not only for the pleasure I feel for food, but also for all the work that is behind it. I love my land, I could not help it. I'm lucky to be in a place where olive trees rise near the sea. The place where I definitely feel more comfortable is the kitchen, where I can express and give myself through the dishes, which are nothing more than the reflection of me, therefore definitely true (like the Salento) and welcoming. I am very proud of the traditional recipes of Puglia and, they are so special, you don’t have to add anything, but at the same time I believe that the kitchen is also evolution, so a touch of originality without overdoing it, makes the dish really yours, and that tradition is never monotonous."

Esperienza fantastica con persone speciali !!! Giulia e suo marito mi hanno accolto come se fossi uno di famiglia, abbiamo trascorso una bellissima mattinata insieme , “ con le mani in pasta “ … ho conosciuto una grande cuoca innamorata della sua passione per la cucina e desiderosa di condividere la sua maestria!!! Consiglio fortemente di provare questa esperienza.. si torna a casa arricchiti, e con due amici in più!!

We had the most wonderful experiece with Giulia and her husband. Giulia is a fantastic cook. She taught us to make orechiette. We enjoyed a perfect dinner a vegetarian antipasta and homemade foccaccia (the best I ever tasted), followed by orechiette in a sauce with zucchini and sundried tomatoes: wow! Then a meatdish and a dessert fit for angels. A coffee with homemade limoncello to finish a perfect evening. It really felt like enjoying an evening with friends. We enjoyed their company and hospitality. We absolutely recommend booking a dinner here.

Mille grazie per la vostra ospitalità e per il gustosissimo menu. Mi sono sentita molto a mio agio ed è stato divertente preparare le oricchiette. Se volete cenare bene un po' lontano dalla città, vi consiglio Gulia.
