We had a wonderful experience learning to cook an authentic Italian meal of focaccia, pasta, and pasticciotto! The learning was great and the food tasted delicious. More importantly we had a delightful evening learning about the lives of a wonderful family in Copertino Italy. We strongly recommend the experience!
