    Don’t hesitate to book this; I had a fabulous, fun day with Francesca and her daughters in their beautiful home. Not only learning how to make two superb local pastas and tiramisu with the freshest ingredients, I learnt many things about food and life in beautiful Puglia.     This was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. Francesca is an excellent teacher and provided a fun and authentic Italian cooking class in her own home.     This was my favourite PUGLIA EXPERIENCE! Francesco and Francesca welcomed us with open arms in their home. Their hospitality has really warmed our hearts and made our trip to Italy worth wild! We were welcomed with some homemade focaccia, AMAZING burratta, wine and They have spent the night showing us how to make orecchiette by hand. We then ate the orecchiette and I must say they were the best I have ever had! We were pleasantly surprised by the most beautiful homemade strawberry tart made by Francesca. This was a delicious and heart warming experience. I highly recommend!
