I’m passionate about fried dishes, such as arancini, milk fritters, and vegetables in batter, and I enjoy preparing pasta and vegetable casseroles, as well as delicious meat, fish, and vegetable rolls. My love for desserts shines through in almond-based sweets and refreshing granitas.I also delight in traditional fresh pasta specialties, like busiate and cavatelli, and of course, fragrant pizzas and focaccias, perfect for any occasion.
