    Frying is a true tribute to the local culture, and in Sicily, its undisputed queen is the arancina: a delicate rice sphere that encloses a rich ragù or a tasty vegetarian filling. To complete the offer, fresh vegetables and apples in batter, crispy and aromatic. Our fried dishes are enhanced by the extra virgin olive oil produced in the farm.

    At the end of the experience, we will taste together what we have cooked, accompanied by a good glass of Sicilian wine.

    I love traditional cuisine, with its aromas and authentic flavors that bring back the feeling of home and togetherness. I’m passionate about fried dishes, such as arancini, milk fritters, and vegetables in batter, and I enjoy preparing pasta and vegetable casseroles, as well as delicious meat, fish, and vegetable rolls. My love for desserts shines through in almond-based sweets and refreshing granitas. I also delight in traditional fresh pasta specialties, like busiate and cavatelli, and of course, fragrant pizzas and focaccias, perfect for any occasion.
