I'll guide you step-by-step through the preparation of a traditional three-course Sicilian menu. We'll start with an appetizer: sarde a beccafico. Next, we'll move on to the main course, the exquisite cavatelli al cartoccio. Finally, to end on a sweet note, we'll make biancomangiare, served with a jam or preserve that we'll prepare together on the spot. I hope to see you soon to share this experience together!
