A walk through the olive grove, a visit to the oil mill, and a tasting of our oils will accompany you on a journey of discovery into the world of extra virgin olive oil: its nutritional and health benefits, its aromas, and the sensations that emerge when tasted. Mandranova produces extra virgin olive oil from Sicilian cultivars, using integrated farming techniques and the polyconic vase pruning system. The use of advanced technologies in the extraction phases, in the company's oil mill, and in the storage of the finished product allows us to obtain extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. The experience includes a guided tasting of three Mandranova oils, served by the glass and accompanied by fresh bread.

I’m passionate about fried dishes, such as arancini, milk fritters, and vegetables in batter, and I enjoy preparing pasta and vegetable casseroles, as well as delicious meat, fish, and vegetable rolls. My love for desserts shines through in almond-based sweets and refreshing granitas. I also delight in traditional fresh pasta specialties, like busiate and cavatelli, and of course, fragrant pizzas and focaccias, perfect for any occasion.
