Our Cesarina Sonia lives in Pistoia, a city rich in history and art, which extends at the foot of the Apennines. "I love sharing the secrets of the cuisine of my territory with my guests, enhancing every typical product. The fundamental ingredients of my recipes are: our extra virgin olive oil, homemade Tuscan bread and vegetables from my garden."
