We harvest vegetables from the garden to cook together a healthy, yet mouth-watering menu using the barbecue. An all-around menu consisting of meat, vegetables and fruit, paired with delicious craft beer. We will learn about the most suitable cuts of meat and how to work them, the basics of barbecue and the different types of cooking: meat cooked at low temperature, the basics of smoking and the correct temperatures.We will look together at the characteristics of the vegetables we grow in our garden and how to cut and cook them in alternative ways.

My menu varies from season to season, and I am always open to suggestions and preferences from my guests.
