Aprende a preparar dos tipos de pasta fresca sorrentina y tiramisú en esta clase de cocina en mi casa rural, rodeada de un gran jardín con las típicas terrazas sorrentinas en varios niveles.
Nos reuniremos en Sorrento y luego iremos juntos a nuestra casa en Sant'Agnello, con vistas al golfo. Aquí, mi esposa y yo ofrecemos experiencias culinarias con la misión de redescubrir la tradición sorrentina, perpetuando la acogida y la hospitalidad típicas de esta tierra. Para nosotros, la cocina es pasión y creatividad. Nuestros menús nacen del amor por el territorio, los productos locales y de temporada. Cerca de la cocina se encuentra nuestro huerto, al que nos dedicamos con gran pasión y donde cultivamos hierbas aromáticas, cítricos y la mayoría de las verduras y hortalizas que utilizamos en los menús.

- Wow, what an experience learning to cook with Ivan. We had so much fun learning how to cook ravioli and tiramisu . It was hands on and the home had a beautiful view. Ivan was not rushed and we had so much food we couldn’t finish it. He was so sweet letting us take puctures and he sent recipes for us. Highly recommend him. He also picked us up and returned us to our hotel!
- Truly a wonderful and authentic experience. It was supposed to be a small group experience, however, we ended up being the only ones booked and got a private cooking experience. Ivan was great and taught us to cook the best ravioli we have ever eaten. He was also super accommodating with food allergies. The house had a beautiful panoramic view of the coast that we got to enjoy while eating our meal. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Sorrento area!
- An Unforgettable Cooking Class Experience! I had such an amazing time at this cooking class! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel so welcome — warm, friendly, and incredibly organized. The environment was cozy and inviting, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything was top-notch: the ingredients were super fresh, the chef was not only talented but also engaging and fun, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. The drinks were perfectly paired, and every bite (and sip!) was a treat. I especially loved being in a small group — it felt intimate, relaxed, and gave everyone a chance to really participate and ask questions. It was as entertaining as it was educational, and I learned so much while having a great time. I would 100% do this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on culinary experience!
- We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Ivan! The venue was gorgeous...and the food - charcuterie, gnocchi, pizza, lemon dessert - all delicious. One of the best meals we had on our entire trip. It did take longer than the 2.5 hours listed, so just know to plan accordingly in case your time runs longer too. Be sure to check out the garden! Highly recommend Ivan and this experience.
- My family of 7 and I had a cooking class at Ivan’s home and it was amazing. We made our own ravioli, gnocchi, and tiramisu while also being served wine and various small plates. Ivan and his wife and son were all very kind people and made the experience great. On top of the amazing food, the views from the dining table on the top patio were immaculate. Of our entire time visiting Italy (Venice, Sorrento, Rome) this was our favorite stop. I would recommend this place to everyone, and if you would like to stay overnight, his home is a bed and breakfast as well. Amazing experience and when I return to sorrento I will be coming back!
