    Inmersos en la creatividad de la pasta, elaboraremos juntos tres recetas utilizando una sencilla masa de agua y harina. La temperatura y la consistencia adecuadas harán que nuestras preparaciones sean perfectas. Comenzaremos extendiendo la pasta fina para crear un rollito vegetariano, friéndolo hasta que quede crujiente y apetitoso, acompañado de una salsa rosa y verduras frescas. El primer plato será la misma pasta en formato corto, con una salsa elegida según la temporada. El postre, típico de Friuli, se parece a un ravioli y estará relleno de una mezcla de frutos secos y grappa, hervido y aderezado con mantequilla derretida, miel y canela. Acompañaremos los platos con vinos de Friuli y, para terminar, un digestivo casero.

    The whole experience was amazing, definitely the best highlight to my trip to Italy. Paola and her family were most welcoming and the food was incredible from starts to dessert, also learning new techniques and skills in the kitchen was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try traditional, authentic Italian food 🇮🇹 😁

    My husband and I had an enchanting day (from 10 am to mid afternoon) with Paola, her husband and her daughter, Elisa, who translated for us. We were treated with warmth and made to feel like family. Paola took us to her garden, which was the source of some of the ingredients - zucchini blossoms, tomatoes, thyme and basil. We prepared delicious pasta dishes in her well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed learning new techniques. The food was fabulous, and the conviviality of the company equally memorable. At the table, in addition to the food we prepared together, we were offered generous and tasty selections of cold meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, prosecco, wine and coffee. All in all a wonderful experience.

    What for a great event! Paola and her husband, supported by their neighbour Alessandra, offered us a delicious dinner. Cured meat and cheese as starter, zucchini gnocchi, frico and tiramisu: it has been an extraordinary dinner of local taste. We felt warmly welcomed like friends!     What an amazing day. We had the best day of our lives! Paola and Luis were exceptional hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Lara our interpreter and a friend of their daughter, was so helpful and friendly. We had fun in the kitchen preparing a three course meal which was fantastic.     Sirvo platos de tres fronteras: Austria, Eslovenia e Italia. De mi familia natal, los platos típicos y campesinos de la tradición friulana, como el frico, platos con verduras de la huerta que siguen la estacionalidad o embutidos artesanales (mi marido es carnicero por pasión). La polenta humeante acompaña además platos de caza, como el jabalí o el corzo. De la familia de mi marido he aprendido las tradiciones más nórdicas y eslavas, como el chucrut, el goulash y la potiza. También me gusta hacer masas con levadura madre para preparar pan y focaccia.
