Una cocina basada en recetas tradicionales pero revisadas con un toque moderno, con productos siempre frescos. Recogeremos las verduras en el pequeño huerto y las freiremos en aceite de oliva virgen extra con una masa de arroz. Haremos raviolis con los huevos del gallinero y prepararemos el relleno con pescado del lago ahumado artesanalmente, servido con salsa de perejil, según la tradición. Añadiremos caviar de salvelino. Para terminar, prepararemos la tarta típica del lago de Como, con pan, harina de maíz, manzanas, peras y uvas.

Un grazie a Debora per averci fatto vivere una esperienza cosi’ bella. Abbiamo scelto lei per il menu' che proponeva: piatti della tradizione comasca (i ravioli con pesce di lago e salsa al prezzemolo: fantastici, come pure la miascia: da 10 e lode). Debora ci ha accolti con calore nella sua bella casa vista lago e ci ha guidati attraverso una bellissima e coinvolgente esperienza culinaria spiegandoci in modo semplice come fare la pasta, un ottimo antipasto e un delizioso dolce. Il tutto arricchito da informazioni nutrizionali e suggerimenti generali di cucina. Anche l’aperitivo che ci ha preparato con specialità locali e stuzzichini preparati da lei, era ottimo. Ci ha fatto piacere conoscere una persona accogliente e preparata. Speriamo di incontrarci di nuovo.

Our food making and cooking experience with Debora was truly amazing. Five stars are not enough to describe how fascinating it was. Debora is kind, authentic and very well knowledgeable about food ingredients. She explained everything clearly while guiding us through the pasta preparation process. We enjoyed some nice aperitifs while chatting about traditions and culture. It was much more than culinary experience and cooking class.

Debora was awesome! She was a very gracious hostess. The cooking session was so much fun and she was a pleasure to talk to the entire evening. The food turned out delicious and she even sent the recipes to us to make at home. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun, enjoyable evening!

My husband and I had a class with Debora during our honeymoon. It was just the two of us. Debora was so lovely, charming and warm!!! We felt so welcome and had such a great time soaking up as much knowledge as we could during our time with her. The food was delicious and the conversation was fabulous as well! Me encanta la cocina sana y equilibrada. Reinterpreto los platos tradicionales con una presentación moderna. Utilizo productos ecológicos de la zona y preparo platos sin gluten, sin lactosa, sin níquel y veganos bajo petición. La pasta es siempre fresca y casera, y me encanta cocinar pescado del lago y caza.
