    Disfrutaremos juntos de una auténtica apericena, preparando cada plato con ingredientes locales. Las recetas, sencillas pero deliciosas, se adaptarán a la temporada o a vuestros gustos personales. Podréis optar por menús vegetarianos o sin gluten. Todo ello acompañado de excelentes vinos de la zona. Os espero en mi casa familiar, situada a orillas del lago Maggiore, con unas vistas encantadoras de las islas Borromeas.

    We enjoyed a lovely 4 course lunch with wine and coffee. Gabriela guided us through the preparation and cooking of our fresh Gnocchi. We also picked up lots of hints and tips for the prearartion of Aubergine starter and a Tiramasu sweet. We left with the recipes to prepare these at home. We really enjoyed the delicious food and this experience with Gabriela, highly recommended!

    Gabriella was very patient, gracious and an experienced cook. She gave us lots of info and tips on making homemade pasta, she even shared her recipes! I informed our Viking tour guide about her and he was very excited to learn a new experience he could suggest. It was a lot of fun!
