Preparar juntos pasta fresca, completamente a mano, mediante gestos sencillos que se transmiten desde hace siglos, es una experiencia que permite descubrir los aromas, colores y sabores de Sicilia. Una historia milenaria mezcla los ingredientes típicos de mi tierra con las dominaciones que se han sucedido. Siguiendo recetas familiares, prepararemos juntos los platos emblemáticos de la tradición de Catania para luego degustarlos al final de nuestro trabajo.

- I had a wonderful time at Antonella's. She taught me how to make pasta from scratch and we prepared two really delicious pasta dishes that we then tasted after the aperitivo. Thank you, Antonella!
- Antonella was an amazing teacher! She welcomed us into her home as if we were part of her family. We made several appetizers, a main course and dessert. We talked about the different ingredients and how they affect the flavors of the dish. When everything was prepared we set the table together and ate our delicious meal. Loved our time with Antonella!!!!! I want to go back!
- Antonella made our trip to Sicily even more special and we cannot thank her enough. Our shopping adventure through the market was one of our trips highlights. I took many pictures of the fresh vegetables , all so beautiful , the cheeses, coffees breads and pastries. We could have stayed there forever! We felt like “ home” at her apartment and cooking with her was euphoric It was a perfect day, a glorious meal and I took home recipes to make this weekend. Cannot wait. Thank you !!

Antonella was very kind and made them feel really welcome at her beautiful home. The food was great (they even brought the leftovers home to share with the rest of us) and they enjoyed the whole evening very much, also learning a ton about Sicily. Siempre me ha gustado cocinar, desde mi adolescencia, aquí en mi casa, en un edificio de mediados del siglo XIX en el centro histórico de Catania, una ciudad que, con la belleza de su barroco, su clima y su terreno volcánico, da a los productos un gran sabor».
