One of the highlights was that she provided us with detailed notes to take home, so we could recreate the magic in our own kitchen. After all our fun work in the kitchen, she invited us to sit down in her beautiful dining room—where she served us the meal we had just prepared. It was the perfect way to end the afternoon, and truly felt like a slice of Italy right at home. This experience was more than just a cooking class—it was a warm, immersive cultural experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for something special and authentic.

Su gran curiosidad por el arte culinario y el encuentro con su esposa, también amante de la buena comida, le han llevado siempre a experimentar nuevas recetas, sin olvidar nunca el amor y el vínculo con las tradiciones gastronómicas locales. Como el ragú, siempre presente en la comida del domingo, porque para los napolitanos no es domingo sin él, y el sabor del mar en los platos de las recetas de verano: siempre frescos, ligeros y delicados.
