Visitar el centro histórico de Nápoles significa recorrer veinte siglos de historia. Las calles, las plazas, las iglesias, los monumentos, los edificios públicos y los castillos constituyen un tesoro artístico e histórico. Y los aromas de sus platos son la introducción ideal a un lugar que realmente puede encantar a cualquiera. También nos quedamos encantados al entrar en el palacio del siglo XVIII, con su escalera vanvitelliana, en el corazón de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el apartamento de Francesco, nuestro Cesarino.

Me and my friend had an amazing time at our cooking class booked with Francesco D. It was one of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy, and the homemade pasta and ravioli was delicious! We will definitely be making it again back home. Highly recommend! Thanks so much for the great time!

We had an absolutely incredible in-home Italian cooking experience that we will never forget! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm, welcoming, and so patient as she guided us through making amazing ravioli, delicious croquettes, and the perfect tiramisu all from scratch. Eugenia took her time explaining each step, offering tips and techniques that made the process fun and approachable. One of the highlights was that she provided us with detailed notes to take home, so we could recreate the magic in our own kitchen. After all our fun work in the kitchen, she invited us to sit down in her beautiful dining room—where she served us the meal we had just prepared. It was the perfect way to end the afternoon, and truly felt like a slice of Italy right at home. This experience was more than just a cooking class—it was a warm, immersive cultural experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for something special and authentic.
