¡Hola de parte de Valeria e Eleonora!

Eleonora y Valeria son una hija y una madre a las que les encanta cocinar. Desde hace años organizan comidas para más de cien personas en su casa de vacaciones, cuidando cada detalle. Valeria tiene años de experiencia y ha impartido numerosas clases de cocina, además de acoger a «cocineros» de todo el mundo. Eleonora cocina para sus amigos y su familia, inspirándose en la tradición, pero también en la innovación; es muy joven, pero tiene todas las cualidades de una excelente cocinera y habla inglés con fluidez.La casa de Nápoles es fácilmente accesible en metro y se encuentra en uno de los barrios más bonitos de la ciudad, cerca del mar, cerca del transporte público, pero también a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad. Tienen una cadena de suministro muy buena: todos los ingredientes y productos son locales, a menudo ecológicos, frescos y controlados.

: Eleonora, Valeria, and Simone were the best hosts! They welcomed our family into their home and taught us to make the best tiramisu and homemade pasta I’ve ever had. This was by far the most wonderfully intimate and truly genuine experience we’ve had abroad. We’re so thankful for this experience!
: My husband and myself highly enjoyed ourselves! Valeria, Eleonora and Simone welcomed us with open arms. My husband and I did this cooking class 2 weeks into our trip and we felt home sick; they made us feel right at home and made us feel like family. They explained everything thoroughly, welcomed our mistakes and explained how to fix it. Our meal was out of this world, made it simple for us to recreate back home. We can’t wait to show all our friends and family all that we learned!
: Valerie was the best! She showed us around her neighborhood and then we started cooking. My son is the chef in the family so he did most of the work. It was one of the highlights of the trip for him!
: I enjoyed the day. Valeria made lasagne and we had homemade eggplant appetizer. The food was good. Some of the desserts were store bought but she did have an apple crisp which was homemade. Valeria even walked with us to show us the way back.
: Wonderful host & amazing experience learning to make tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisu. My husband and I loved the tips and food but more than anything, the amazing conversation with Valeria and her husband. Grazie Mille!
