Matilde nos recibe en una histórica villa rural a las afueras de Lecce, considerada la ciudad más barroca.A nuestra Cesarina siempre le ha gustado cocinar, sobre todo para su familia, y preparar en casa incluso lo que se puede comprar, como pan, galletas y dulces de todo tipo. Le gusta organizar eventos para amigos y nuevos invitados: «Estoy segura de que convertirme en Cesarina me dará la oportunidad de hacer aún más divertida mi pasión por la cocina».

: Great and fun cooking experience!we learned to prepare homemade pasta and a mandarini crostata. We've learned so much and she gave us a lot of small tips that make cooking easier. Matilde and Carlo were lovely people who gave us a very warm welcome to their home. We highly recommend taking the course.
: We were received by Matilde and Carlo for a very nice time in their beatiful house. Matilde explained us how to cook pasta and tiramisu, and gave us tips and shared her experience. Carlo also shared with us how life is in Puglia anf both were really nice. They really care to make you appreciate the moment. Thank you both for the memories we will keep in mind when eating orecchiette and tiramisu !
