Amante de mi tierra y de la buena mesa, he decidido compartir mis conocimientos y mi pasión con todos aquellos que quieran pasar por mi casa. Estoy convencida de que nunca se puede conocer profundamente una tierra hasta que no se saborean todos sus aromas y sabores, y el Valle de Itria es la combinación perfecta entre cultura y gastronomía. Será un honor para mí poder dar a conocer a mis huéspedes este inmenso tesoro.

- This was one of the most magical experiences we have had in Puglia. The kitchen where we cooked is the most stunning villa. Michele was very talented and knowledgeable. The most delicious food!!!!! Truly wow wow wow wow!

- This was an amazing experience. We were not sure what to expect upon arrival but this is a very authentic Italian experience. We went to buy flour, vegetables, fruit, bread, cheese etc. everything fresh. We handmade the pasta and cooked everything together. We were served as if were a restaurant and it was amazing. We left around 10:30 or 11pm.
