¡Hola de parte de Giovannella!
Mi cocina es el resultado de una pasión familiar heredada de mi madre, mi abuela, las experiencias y los lugares en los que se ha desarrollado mi vida. Me encanta cocinar con productos de temporada, locales y, cuando puedo, de mi huerto. Me gusta cultivar y utilizar hierbas aromáticas, transformar la fruta en mermeladas insólitas y saludables, así como crear licores tradicionales. Mi cocina es típica del Reino de las Dos Sicilias, ya que soy napolitana afincada en Apulia, con abuelas sicilianas y campanas y suegra apuliana. Me encanta la cocina francesa, así como las experiencias «fusión» entre la cocina del sur de Italia y la internacional.

- Giovannella was AMAZING! I can't even put into words how happy I am that we got to do this. She was so patient in teaching my non-kitchen friendly self everything while also making it fun. She makes you feel like you're a part of the family and shared so much information about the region as well as helped us make sure we could experience all there was to offer by giving us personal recommendations for things to do. The food was of course, delicious, and I could have stayed there all day eating. 100/10 you must do this & get to know Giovannella!
