«Me despierto y veo un pueblo de ensueño, como si aún estuviera durmiendo. El campamento de piedra en el terreno ondulado». (Gabriele D'Annunzio) Diseminados entre almendros y olivos, los trulli son construcciones pintorescas únicas en el mundo. María vive precisamente en la parte histórica de los trulli, es una de las últimas familias que aún vive aquí. Entre paisajes de cuento de hadas y callejuelas encantadas, en la casa de nuestra Cesarina se puede vivir una experiencia verdaderamente única.

- Marie was lovely. Her love of cooking traditional meals was apparent. She shared her garden and it's produce with us.
- We zijn vandaag naar Maria geweest voor een italiaans kook les. Dit was geweldig!!! We werden liefdevol ontvangen in haar eigen trulli en ze was zeer geïnteresseerd in ons. Het toelichten en het voordoen van het koken ging haar erg goed af. Groot compliment voor Maria. Daarna met familie heerlijk gegeten, was echt super lekker en zeker een goede aanrader om dit te gaan doen. Maria nogmaals bedankt.
- Many thanks to Maria, we're from Germany and experienced authentic Italian cuisine with her. The whole thing was in her trullo. Totally rustic. Everything was not just as we imagined, but better. At the end, we sampled everything at the large table in her garden. Simple but incredibly varied and delicious.
- Wij hadden een geweldige ervaring. Samen met Maria gekookt en daarna in gezelschap van haar man samen gegeten. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen.
- Maria was absolutely amazing! She welcomed us into her beautiful home and taught us to cook a whole range of delicious Puglia dishes. For me, the best thing was that she understood and accommodated my food allergies effortlessly and made me feel super safe and relaxed throughout. I’d highly recommend her to anyone (especially anyone else with dietary requirements!). Thank you so much, Maria. We had a wonderful afternoon and will be making the dishes you taught us back in London!
