This is the best thing we have done during our week in Sicily. Isabella and her family were wonderful hosts cooking and demonstrating how to make ravioli. We also ate antipasto, scaccia, a sausage dish and a lemon jelly dessert. The high quality ingredients were either from their garden or locally sourced and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed the conversation around the table which included learning about the local area, folklore and traditions. We only wish we did this at the start of our week in Sicily so we could take up all of the recommendations. It was a truly special afternoon in a Sicilian family home. Thank you.

We had a wonderful cooking experience with Isabella.We were welcomed into her beautiful home and had a cooking class with her and her mother where she tells us she learnt how to make pasta.We then sat down to eat what we had made with her and her family.We would totally recommend it this to anyone who wants to learn how to make genuine Italian pasta.It was fabulous

Isabella was a great host and teacher at our cooking class last night. The family was very nice and wellcoming us in their home. Isabella was teaching us how to prepare traditional Sicilian food. Hi, Isa contacted me in the morning to make sure we knew where we were meeting at 10am. She was very passionate about modica, sicily and wanted to know what we wanted to eat and very much tailored the tour to our choices. An absolutely fabulous experience, great places to eat and Isa was a fantastic host. We learned a great deal about modica and it's traditional foods. I would recommend Isa as she was caring and passionate about the food in modica. Great trip!

Cooking class with Isabella was such a tremendous highlight of the time my son and I spent in Sicily. Isabella's house in the countryside has many fruit trees and a wonderful herb garden, and she took great pleasure in teaching us about the local food culture. Isabella was very generous with her time, accommodated our interests, and taught us recipes as we cooked together. Finally we shared a wonderful dinner with her family - yes, it was a cooking class, but really it was also sharing a dinner with family in someone's beautiful home - a wonderful travel experience. Thank you!

Ma cuisine est le cœur de la maison : c'est là que ma famille se retrouve chaque jour pour célébrer le quotidien, les traditions et les moments spéciaux. C'est un espace lumineux et accueillant, rempli de souvenirs, de livres, d'objets artisanaux et de parfums de Sicile : herbes aromatiques, légumes de notre potager, vins locaux, céramiques et photos de famille. Nous accueillons nos hôtes avec les saveurs de la tradition : raviolis à la ricotta avec sauce à la viande et saucisse, pain fait maison avec des farines siciliennes et spécialités de la rôtisserie modicana — telles que scacce, scifiteddi, pastieri et buccatedde — accompagnées d'olives, de ricotta fraîche, d'arancini et de caponata. Il y a aussi une touche personnelle : la polenta bergamasque avec de la viande à la sauce sicilienne, qui raconte notre histoire de retour. Tout est préparé avec des ingrédients locaux, authentiques et de saison, dont beaucoup sont cultivés ou produits par nos soins : farines moulues à la meule de pierre, huile de nos oliviers, œufs de nos poules, légumes et herbes de notre jardin. Et, toujours, beaucoup de passion transmise par notre mère et notre grand-mère.
