Calendrier des recettes (début à 19h30) : -14/1 : « chiciola » avec polenta, charcuterie, légumes et fromages -11/2 : agnolotti farcis -4/3 : « chiciola » avec polenta, charcuterie, légumes et fromages On va préparer ensemble une recette traditionnelle, dont tu apprendras la réalisation et les secrets. Après le cours, on dégustera le plat préparé et on trinquera avec un bon vin. L'expérience sera confirmée dès qu'on aura 4 participants. On te demande de nous signaler toute allergie ou intolérance au moment de la réservation. On fera de notre mieux pour répondre à tes besoins, mais en cas d'allergies graves, on ne peut pas garantir l'absence de contamination.
