Bonjour de la part de Emanuela !

J'adore reproduire à travers ma cuisine les parfums et les arômes de ma terre. Parmi mes plats préférés, il y a les corzetti au pesto génois, les pansoti à la sauce aux noix et les lasagnette à la farine de châtaigne. Dans mon four, il y a toujours de la focaccia et de la farinata, parfaites pour toutes les occasions. En entrée, j'aime servir de la sauge frite, des cuculli, des friscieu et du latte brusco, des délices qui évoquent les traditions de notre région. Pour les desserts, j'aime varier entre les classiques de ma région, comme les canestrelli et la torta di rose, et les grands desserts de la tradition italienne : tiramisù, bavarese, baci di dama, crostata di frutta et pan di Spagna.

Our family had such a wonderful time with Emanuela! She communicated with us ahead of time and was incredibly accommodating to what we hoped to get out of the experience. She even helped my wife with some focaccia troubleshooting, which was a huge bonus! Meeting up was simple—she greeted us at the funicular station, and we enjoyed a nice walk to her home. What really stood out was how personalized she made the class. It wasn’t just about learning to make pasta—it was a genuine cultural experience that gave our family a deeper appreciation for the local traditions, ingredients, and stories of the region. We left feeling not only full, but more connected to Genoa and its culinary heritage. Highly recommend!

Emanuele provided a wonderful experience for us firstly in the art of pasta - making Pansotti, especially folding the parcels, and Tagliatelle. The walnut sauce and learning how the Genovese use ingredients was v interesting. Also the tasting plate of l’aperitivo a bonus. The view from her terrace was fabulous. Emanuele was such a lovely host and we had fun sharing our stories. We will certainly pass on our recommendation to our friends who pass this way.

Awesome Experience!!! Emanuela and her partner were exceptional hosts. They were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Great personalities and wonderful conversations. This was our first time making homemade pasta and our experience was incredible. Emanuela was a very patient teacher, explaining the steps along the way. The pasta was very tasty along with the tiramasu desert that Emanuela made. The terrace view overlooking Genoa was exquisite which made our visit to Emanuela's home even more exceptional. Two thumbs up!! When we are back in Genoa, we will certainly look forward to booking with Emanuela again. Highly recommend!!!

Il corso "tris di pasta" a casa di Emanuela è stato davvero molto divertente. L'atmosfera era molto accogliente mi sono sentito molto a mio agio. Emanuela ha spiegato le fasi di lavoro modo molto chiaro. Ci ha anche dato consigli per quanto riguarda l'esatta lavorazione degli ingredienti e come conservare la pasta fresca. La pasta è diventata abbastanza buona e le tre varianti erano ottime. Inoltre abbiamo potuto gustare antipasti tipici liguri con pane fatto a casa. Alla fine, Emanuela ci ha sorpreso con un Tiramisu! Cosa c'è da dire? La serata ha arricchito molto la mia vacanza a Genova e posso solo raccomandare Emanuela come Cesarina!! (...un cassetto nel congelatore è già riservato per la mia scorta di pasta fresca...)

I cannot recommend this experience to cook in Emanuela’s home with her enough!! From the gorgeous expanse of the outdoor terrace overlooking all of Genova, to Emanuela’s above and beyond hospitality, this is a must-do activity if you love Italian food and great conversation. My friend and I had the experience of a lifetime learning how to make homemade pasta, sharing an apertivo (with homemade snacks from Emanuela), and chatting as the sun set over the beautiful city of Genova. Thank you a million to Emanuela!
