« Je vis à Gênes, dans le quartier de Foce, où se jette le fleuve Bisagno, le long duquel les « Besagnini » cultivaient leurs potagers au Moyen Âge. Depuis mon domicile, à quelques pas du centre historique, on peut admirer les célèbres forts de Gênes et le célèbre mont Fasce. Mon père Emiliano et ma mère Toscana m'ont transmis leur passion pour la bonne cuisine avec des recettes simples. J'aime partager des expériences gastronomiques avec mes amis et ma famille. »

: I got this cooking class as a Birthday Gift from my Brother and I LOVED it. My made two different types of Pasta and a Tiramisu as a dessert. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the food very delicious. I can highly recommend a cooking class with Daniela

: The activity was an amazing experience. Our host Ms. Daniela was welcoming and really great with teaching two different pasta, two sauce recipes and tiramisu. Me and my Wife enjoyed the process teaching and company of the Host. I would definitely recommend this to foodies, couples and small group of friends who would like to have a local Italian experience.
