La mia casa si trova sul litorale di Quartu Sant’Elena, tranquillo in inverno e spumeggiante in estate, essendo una zona di mare molto frequentata dai turisti per gli incantevoli luoghi da visitare lungo la costa.A pochi chilometri da qui ci sono spiagge fantastiche, conosciute in tutto il mondo, ma anche paesaggi immersi nella natura.Vivo in Sardegna da 35 anni, quindi mi sento un po’ del luogo. Amo cucinare da sempre e porto in tavola la cucina mediterranea, avendo acquisito e sperimentato le ricette dei posti che ho frequentato.Nella mia cucina si possono assaggiare sia piatti della tradizione locale, sia piatti calabresi, campani e siciliani, rivisitati a modo mio: il Mediterraneo e il colore nei miei piatti non mancano mai!

- La cucina esperienziale con Andrea, Lila e Flavia è stata un vero successo. Abbiamo cucinato e mangiato insieme e ci siamo sentiti subito accolti a casa loro. - This was honestly one of the best cooking classes that we have ever taken. It was so comfortable and fun. Andrea has the best family - which we had so much fun cooking with. The food we cooked was delicious and sitting down to eat with them was one of the best parts of our trip. I can’t express how sweet and welcomed we felt in their beautiful home. They gave many techniques and made the food with us and taught us about what to use. 10/10 experience overall. We would highly recommend doing this class over any other!
