    Dal latte al formaggio, ma tutto di origine vegetale! Vi aspetto per un'esperienza gustosa, dove preparerete e degusterete uno Stracchino vegano da abbinare a una piadina ai semi, un formaggio semi stagionato a base di anacardi su crostoni con cipolla caramellata, e infine, la ricotta alle mandorle che sarà il delizioso ripieno insieme alle verdure dei nostri ravioli. Immancabile il dolce Veneto per eccellenza... il Tiramisù a base vegetale!

    I was with 3 of my friends visiting Padova and we decided to try our hand at making Pasta. From the moment wr get out of the cab we were eelcomed like family. Catia was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was very patient with us as beginners. Her home was very clean and a beautiful table was set for us to eat at. She picked a pumpkin out of her garden for the filling of our ravioli. She also picked fresh yomatoes and basil out of her garden for the sauce of our Bigoli. She took us stop by step thourgh making ravioli, tortelloni and Bigoli. She made appetizers that melted in our mouth. The Pasta dishes were so yummy and we finished the meal with the Tiramisù we made ! A few glasses of red wine were drank throughout the night. The whole evening was a great experience to share with friends . I would do this again! It was so much fun!

    We had an amazing experience with Catia at our cooking class at her beautiful home. Catia made us feel welcomed immediately. Her dining room table was all set up for the eating experience that would take place after learning to cook freshly made pasta and tiramisu. Catia gave us a history lesson on where and when tiramisu was first made. We made an amazing red sauce with fresh tomatoes from her garden. Catia made us fabulous cicchettis to enjoy while waiting for our meal to cook. Our meal, of course with the help of Catia, was one of the best foods we have ever eaten.

    Our pasta and Tiramisù cooking class with Catia was an absolute hightlight of our Trip! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, fun and informative. All four of us had a wonderful time taking turns and activetly helping to prepare our delicious dinner. It was a true farm-to-table experience, as most of the ingredients were fresh from her garden! As first time as American travelers, we also appreciated feeling completely safe and comfortable in her beautiful home! We would reccomend this experience to everyone!

    We had the best experience cooking with Catia! She is a lovely, very attentive host with a lot of experience in both cooking and teaching. Catias home is beautiful and she let us sit outside to enjoy one of the last summer days. She also showed us her organic garden and we picked some zucchini flowers, which we fried as an appetiser. Obviously, the food was amazing and we had a lot of fun preparing it with her. I can recommend this experience to anyone who wants to have an amazing evening learning how to make beautiful pasta dishes.

    The experience was amazing and Catia was a great host. We got to learn about different kinds of pasta and sauces that we made by hand. Catia sources her vegetables from her own organic garden and the taste is truly special. She made us feel at home right from the start and shared her knowledge with us. Overall I would recommend this experience to everyone, since you really can’t go wrong with Catia.
