Dall'antipasto, al dolce, al vino troverete il Veneto e le sue tradizioni. I Cicchetti accompagnati da un buon vino, fatti con pane leggermente tostato, creme di verdure (sempre di stagione e a Km 0 ) cotte in modi creativi, polpette vegetali e polenta bianca (prodotto slow food ) con "saor" (cipolle bianche cotte alla veneziana).

La pasta fresca tipica veneta: i Bigoli al torchio con condimenti stagionali ed, infine, il top dei nostri dolci: il Tiramisù con uova pastorizzate.

Troverete un ambiente allegro ed artistico, immerso nel verde di fronte ad un canale artificiale del 1300.

We had the best experience cooking with Catia! She is a lovely, very attentive host with a lot of experience in both cooking and teaching. Catias home is beautiful and she let us sit outside to enjoy one of the last summer days. She also showed us her organic garden and we picked some zucchini flowers, which we fried as an appetiser. Obviously, the food was amazing and we had a lot of fun preparing it with her. I can recommend this experience to anyone who wants to have an amazing evening learning how to make beautiful pasta dishes.

The experience was amazing and Catia was a great host. We got to learn about different kinds of pasta and sauces that we made by hand. Catia sources her vegetables from her own organic garden and the taste is truly special. She made us feel at home right from the start and shared her knowledge with us. Overall I would recommend this experience to everyone, since you really can’t go wrong with Catia.

What a fabulous experience!!! Catia made our cooking class such an enjoyable evening. We truly learned so much about making Tiramisu, Bigoli, and a simple sauce. Catia’s appetizers were beyond delicious, and we learned so much about the food and culture of this region. It was my first time to Padua and I was looking for an authentic experience where I could learn about the City and the cuisine that makes it special .I was so lucky to have found this tour with Catia who went out of her way to provide a wonderful experience that I will cherish forever! She was so hospitable from a detailed tour of Padua, that included all the best attractions, to opening up her home to me , where I learned how to make Bigoli and Tiramisù. She showed me the proper thecniques of making and kneading dough, and taught me how to make and serve a plate of appetizer that was made using the freshest flavors of the Summer. Her home, her family her garden and knowledge of cooking and the City's History - is a truly gift. Every visitor of Padua should experience!
