Dall'antipasto, al dolce, al vino troverete il Veneto e le sue tradizioni. I Cicchetti accompagnati da un buon vino, fatti con pane leggermente tostato, creme di verdure (sempre di stagione e a Km 0 ) cotte in modi creativi, polpette vegetali e polenta bianca (prodotto slow food ) con "saor" (cipolle bianche cotte alla veneziana).

La pasta fresca tipica veneta: i Bigoli al torchio con condimenti stagionali ed, infine, il top dei nostri dolci: il Tiramisù con uova pastorizzate.

Troverete un ambiente allegro ed artistico, immerso nel verde di fronte ad un canale artificiale del 1300.

Mit deiner herzlichen und lustigen Art hast du uns neben dem Kochen so viel Spannendes beigebracht über die Geschichte, aber auch über deine Philosophie vegetarisch und vegan zu Kochen und zu Essen. Du bist eine absolute Bereicherung und wir freuen uns jetzt schon frische Pasta und Tiramisu für unsere Freunde und Familie zu machen.

I don't have words to express how great my time with Catia was. I feel like I have a new family member in Padova. I was greeted at the door with a big smile and felt comfortable right away. The hands on experience making two types of fresh pasta and tiramisu was very fun. Catia puts so much love into the experience, putting a lot of time into the preparation so that you have an amazing experience while in her home. Much of the food came fresh from her garden and is seasonal. Every course was delicious! Not only did we cook together but we got to know each other. Catia gave me so many suggestions for my time in Padua and since history of the city, too. I felt like a friend in her home. I highly recommend this cooking experience!

Today my husband and I had the most wonderful time with our cooking host CÁTIA. We drove 30 minutes from our hotel to her home and it was worth the drive and time spend together in her lovely kitchen. From the moment she came to meet us, her friendliness and warmth makes you feel so welcomed. Cátia is a ball of energy, her talent in the kitchen is as equal as her knowledge of Itália’s history. She teaches you every little detail pertaining making the pasta and sauces including the history behind it. We made also a delicious desert to finish the meal. We sat outside in her patio to enjoy an incredible appetizer with drinks. Cátia does not rush the experience, she sat down with us and told us many stories about her family and her love for cooking. Hope in the future if able to return will come back to experience more time with her. Grazie di tutto!

Dinner with Catia was a wonderfully wholesome experience. Her hospitality is fantastic and it's a truly authentic culinary adventure. We made traditional Venetian bigoli in salsa, along with a tremendous variety of cicchetti, with the meal finished off with a sublime tiramisu. Don't let this experience go missed!

Anche nella casa della nostra Cesarina non manca nulla: prelibatezze che ripercorrono i sapori tipici, veneti e padovani, realizzate con materie prime, la maggior parte delle quali provenienti da aziende agricole della zona.
