La tua esperienza
Il nostro itinerario avrà inizio dalla mia abitazione nel cuore del centro di Baveno. Nel vicinato, avremo l'opportunità di visitare un panificio, un negozio specializzato in prodotti tipici e gastronomia, una deliziosa pasticceria e una invitante gelateria, tutti raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Durante il nostro percorso, ci impegneremo in un affascinante viaggio enogastronomico, esplorando le autentiche tradizioni piemontesi. Baveno, un affascinante borgo sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, ruota attorno a una suggestiva piazzetta. Dedicheremo del tempo all'esplorazione di questa zona pittoresca, prima di rientrare a casa mia. Insieme, avremo l'opportunità di preparare delle deliziose tagliatelle, lavorando la pasta con il mattarello.

- Gabriella had already precooked some dishes, which was fantastic because we only had to finish the dish while she ecplained the tips and tricks. Lovely italian dishes, great place with wonderful view over the lake, highly recommended!
- Three girlfriends and I had dinner with Gabriella and her husband. What a fun night with many laughs and learning. She taught us how to make risotto and other Italian cooking tips, but we enjoyed four courses including wine and dessert. Awesome experience and would highly recommend an evening with this wonderful couple!!
- Gabriella and Fausto were wonderful, kind and gracious hosts. They were very accommodating, made us a delicious dinner with wine and taught us about Italian food and cooking. We will always remember this experience!
- Gabriella and Fausto welcomed us into their home in the beautiful town of Vabeno. Gabriella considered our dietary requests and made a delicious dinner like we had never had before! They were very friendly, and we had a lovely conversation with many laughs. It was an unforgettable experience!
- Gabriella & her partner Fausto were incredible. The meal was delicious, the education was top tier, & the wine was wonderful. They were very accommodating as we brought our 2 month old baby with us! It felt like being at home and cooking a wonderful meal with an old friend. Gabriella is an excellent teacher and we cannot wait to recreate the recipe she shared with us back home. The next time we’re around Lake Maggiore, we’ll definitely book another class! Best part of our trip to the area.
