    Un brindisi con un buon Prosecco per iniziare con gusto, seguito da un piatto di ravioli ripieni delle autentiche bontà del territorio. Quando la cucina di famiglia era un momento di conforto dopo lunghe giornate di lavoro, si preparavano piccoli piatti ricchi di sapore, realizzati con ingredienti semplici ma sostanziosi, capaci di soddisfare tutta la famiglia. Ricette tramandate con cura, arrivate fino a noi non solo attraverso il gusto e l’aspetto, ma anche grazie ai profumi evocativi che sprigionano in cottura.

    We had a wonderful time at Cinzia’s cooking class! Everything was perfectly organized and her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She explained every detail with care and let us try it ourselves. We enjoyed cooking, learning, and of course eating together. Highly recommended!

    During my vacation in Alto Adige, I had the chance to attend a private pasta cooking class with Cinzia. She lives in a wonderful area which alone is worth the visit. Cinzia was a wonderful host and made me feel like home from the very first moment we met. She taught me how to prepare a delicious Tiramisu and wonderful pasta (in my course Tagliatelle and Ravioli). We used local ingredients, many of them even from Cinzia’s own garden and eggs provided by her own chicken, and I have also learned a lot about the cheese and dairies we used. Once our work was finished, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the tasty dishes we made ourselves - it was just great, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything I learned that day. Thank you, Cinzia 😊 also for sharing your recipes. I’m sure that I will be back for another cooking class. 😊

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The setting was beautiful and authentic—her home, her garden, even the fresh eggs from her own chickens made the experience incredibly special. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional techniques and treasured family recipes that she so generously shared with us. Every detail was meaningful—the herbs picked straight from her garden, the fresh bread and wine, and the warmth of conversation around the table. This wasn't just a cooking class—it was a genuine cultural experience filled with heart, laughter, and unforgettable flavors. We are so grateful for the memories and can't wait to try recreating the dishes at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and intimate Italian cooking experience!

    "Sono appassionata di cucina, in famiglia siamo cresciuti nella cucina di nonna e zii che avevano un ristorante, un’evoluzione che mi ha reso consapevole dell’importanza dell’alimentazione sana e genuina con materie prime sempre selezionate e soprattutto coltivate, altra mia passione. Il nostro territorio è a 1000 metri, un altopiano vario e ricco di punti turistici sia invernali che estivi, passeggiate e sport. Abito in una casa clima, che ha richiesto sacrifici ed è frutto di un sogno che fin da bambina avevo quando accompagnavo al pascolo la nonna sullo stesso prato dove ora sorge la mia casa. La mia tavola è semplice, mi vien riferito che le pietanze son buone ed abbondanti e tutti son ansiosi di aspettar il dolce che per mia felicità conservo sempre di gran sorpresa, non mancano  risate e liete chiacchierate, che donano sempre il sorriso a tutti coloro che escono di casa alla fine della serata".
