Nella nostra accogliente mansarda, adornata con travi a vista e piena di fascino, ci addentreremo nell'arte della pasta fatta in casa. Condividerò con voi metodi di preparazione tradizionali, consigli e segreti che sono stati tramandati di generazione in generazione. Inizieremo con ingredienti semplici e freschi e li trasformeremo in deliziosi piatti. Una volta padroneggiata l'arte della pasta, passeremo alla preparazione di uno dei dolci più amati d'Italia: il Tiramisù.

: Costanza, Paolo and Domitilla welcomed us into their home for an amazing cooking experience. It was hands-on for every part, and we learned not only the techniques but also what made the dishes we prepared distinctly Trentino. My wife and I speak almost no Italian, so Paolo and Domitilla translated which gave us a wonderful opportunity to get to know the family. Costanza was a wonderful teacher. Thank you Costanza, Paulo and Domitilla for welcoming us into your home, sharing the amazing food we made, great conversations and making this such a special part of our Trentino holiday.
: We had an amazing evening at Costanza. First of all we got a real warm welcome of their whole family. After that we learned how to make pasta and tiramisu, and we got many other tips about the Italian kitchen. Also the food was really delicious. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we had a great time.
: Constanza and her husband invited us generously to their beautiful home. We learned to cook authentic tortellini, tagliatelle and tiramisu from scratch. Very tasty 😋
: IT was absolutely great. We Had so much fun with costanza and her man( wich translate all the time so good). Perfect Location and perfect authentic food, witch hast nothing to do with the " typical Touristik Food" we know. We would like to do It again nearly.
: This was the highlight of our trip. Three of came to Constanza’s home where we were welcomed by her and her husband (translator when we needed some help). We had a person in our group who has a dairy intolerance and Costanza worked with us to make sure the ingredients she was using would be ok. We dug right in, literally, and made the pasta and tiramisu from scratch. Costanza had a beautiful table set where we gathered after cooking our meal to sit and enjoy. We felt more like family eating, drinking, and talking around the table. We learned so much that day and not just about how much better homemade pasta is versus store bought. A truly unforgettable experience!

A pochi minuti dal centro di Trento, alle pendici del monte Calisio, incontriamo Costanza che ci dà il benvenuto in un'elegante villa dei primi dell’Ottocento, circondata da vigneti e con un ampio giardino terrazzato. All’ultimo piano della villa si viene accolti in un’atmosfera calda e confortevole, con travi a vista, in una mansarda ricca di fascino. Durante le giornate estive si può mangiare all’ombra del tasso secolare, rinfrescati dalla brezza del monte Calisio. In questa magica atmosfera, la nostra Cesarina, ci fa assaporare le prelibatezze trentine, gustose ed autentiche, basate sulle ricette della tradizione e sui frutti della terra. Ecco per cosa si distingue il Trentino, oltre che per il fascino dell'ambiente naturale e dei paesaggi.
