In meiner Familie ist es Tradition, frische Pasta zu machen, und die Ravioli meiner Oma sind immer die beliebtesten. Nach einer Reise nach Sorrent hat meine Oma dieses Rezept ausprobiert, das wir heute noch oft an Feiertagen kochen. Eine Füllung aus Zucchini, Basilikum, Scamorza und Ricotta macht diese Ravioli einfach köstlich, vor allem, wenn sie in Butter mit Frischkäse, schwarzem Pfeffer und Basilikum geschwenkt werden. Und wenn man dazu den hausgemachten Wein meines Großvaters serviert, werden die Aromen und Geschmacksnoten wirklich unvergesslich. Großeltern sind ein großer Reichtum!

È stata veramente una bellissima esperienza: Emanuela è ottima conviviale e conosce tutta una serie di espedienti che vi aiutano nella formazione e nella stesura del vostro "impasto"! abbiamo fatto con lei i ravioli, ed abbiamo potuto apprezzare quanto sia importante in cucina usare tutto il materiale a disposizione! Consiglio vivamente di provare, e poi il panorama già merita di per sé!!!!

Our fresh pasta cooking course with Emanuela was easily the highlight of our trip to Napoli. From beginning to end, Emanuela and her partner Maurizio were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Emanuela welcomed us into her beautiful home and pointed out the beautiful features of Napoli and across the bay. Then we got to work cooking! She went step by step, helping us to make fresh pasta and tiramisu. The experience was very fun, and the meal was hands down the best meal I had on my Italy trip! And was enjoyed with a beautiful view and with very good limoncello and wine. Truly nothing beats homemade food. We had reached out prior regarding dietary restrictions (I don't eat pork, and my husband doesn't drink) and Emanuela was very accommodating. Also, because of difficulties with transportation, for a reasonable fee Maurizio shuttled us to and from the residence, even stopping for us to enjoy panoramic views and take pictures. These accomodations made the entire experience stress free so we could fully enjoy and live in the moment. Grazi for making our visit to Napoli so incredible!

Our cooking experience with Manuela was one of the highlights of our time in Naples! We learned a bit of the history of the area and about the ingredients we were using. Every member of our party had a work station and was able to participate in every aspect of preparation. Emanuela's home was lovely, with a stunning view of the bay area. The food we created was wonderful and I am excited to put our new skills to use at home. Our evening with Emanuela and her husband felt like visiting a favorite Aunt and learning a family recipe 😊

Eingebettet in den gleichnamigen Golf, erwacht Neapel jeden Morgen mit Blick auf sein wunderschönes Meer. Das gleiche Meer, auf das der große, grüne Balkon des Hauses unserer Cesarina blickt und von dem aus man ein bezauberndes Panorama genießen kann.

Das Haus, in dem Emanuela uns beherbergt, ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und raffiniert eingerichtet und lichtdurchflutet. Emanuelas Leidenschaft für die Kochkunst entstand bereits in ihrer Kindheit, als sie in der Küche ihrer Mutter herumschnüffelte. Unsere Cesarina ist eine geschickte Mosaikkünstlerin: Dieses Gespür für perfekte Kombinationen und Zusammenstellungen hat sie zu einer Expertin in der Kunst der Zubereitung exzellenter Speisen gemacht. Aromen und Düfte werden gekonnt kombiniert, um die Geschichte und Traditionen ihrer Region zu erzählen.
