Pasta zu Hause zu machen ist einfach, aber man muss ein bisschen aufpassen und mit Liebe und Sorgfalt dabei sein. Mitten im Zentrum von Turin erwarten dich meine Frau und ich, um dir zu zeigen, wie man Pasta macht (und wie man sie am besten macht). Sie sorgt dafür, dass die Gläser immer voll sind, und ich verrate dir kleine Tricks, Tipps und nützliche Details, damit du ein echter Experte auf diesem Gebiet wirst. Aber das Wichtigste ist, dass wir zusammen lachen und Spaß haben, vor allem bei einem leckeren Teller Pasta.

- My host,Alberto, was so thoughtful, friendly and knonwledgable. The class was about cooking pasta and tiramisu at home, but also about the culture of Torino. He and his wife are a lovely couple and warmly welcomed me in their home. It was a highlight of my trip.

- Wonderful experience. Food was excellent and Alberto and his wife were lovely hosts, situated in a convenient and upscale area. Easy to chat with and full of local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend.
- It was a really nice workshop, a lot fun. Feeling like hanging out with friended while making delicious pastas and tiramisu. We enjoyed the warm welcome and guidance from Alberto and his wife and the fellow participants. Highly recommended this activity.
- Alberto and his wife were such gracious hosts! They knew how to make the small group, who did not know one another prior to meeting, feel comfortable with one another. As he coached us through the skills, Alberto explained not only what to do, but also what was happening within the ingredients and why the techniques he recommended were important. This prompted great conversation among the group, a truly international mix, about our own family favorites. In the time, we ended up with a variety of pastas and ways to flavor them, as well as a delicious dessert. Eating what we made Italian family style was the perfect finish!
