Du wirst die Erfahrung machen, hausgemachte Ravioli und Nudelteig mit deinen eigenen Händen zuzubereiten. Du wirst den Teig ausrollen und deine eigenen Ravioli mit Füllung und Nudeln formen. Anschließend wirst du deine Nudelgerichte mit einer frischen Tomatensauce probieren. Aber vergessen wir nicht das Dessert: Du wirst ein delikates Tiramisu aus Mascarponecreme und Kaffee zubereiten, mit Kakao bestäubt... und es genießen!

Five Gold Stars for AnnaMaria! We couldn’t have had batter experience if we tried! The food was amazing! Our pasta making was fun! The ambience was over the top wonderful ! Just such a beautiful evening for our family of 8! I would highly recommend this activity if you are visiting Tuscany! Truly authentic !

From the moment we arrived at Anna Maria’s, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and the most enchanted environment. The attention to detail was quite impressive. Her expertise in teaching us how to make the best pasta and tiramisu was very much appreciated. Even our 5 & 8 year old grandchildren were made to feel most welcome and a part of the whole process. I can’t say enough about the food in the environment as this was a very special evening where we were made to feel like family in Anna Maria‘s home. The was a most delicious and memorable experience and HIGHLY recommend.

Our evening cooking class with Anna Maira was beyond enchanting. The welcome was very warm and inviting, like returning home to family. The environment was perfectly curated, from the setting of the table, to the flowers as well as the outdoor setting for “Aperitivo” and Prosecco! We were definitely immersed into a true Tuscan home/family. Even our grandchildren ages 5 & 8 were truly welcomed and able to fully participate. Words can not describe the evening we experienced with Anna Maria and family, from learning to make the best pasta and Tiramisu (ever), then experiencing dinner the Tuscan family way, we would recommend 100 percent!!!

The best evening we had in Italy. This pasta course is not a regular pasta course. We didn’t know what to expect, but we left this dinner with 3 new friends and belly’s ready to burst from laughing, eating and drinking. Learning to make pasta is just a small part of this experience. Anna is a heart warming and generous person who will make you feel like your visiting an old Italian friend. She cooks with love! You are submerged in Italian cuisine and culture. Despite us not knowing a single word of Italian, except for “buonosera” and “grazie”, the evening was filled with laughs, mind bending delicious food and wine. This was a once in a lifetime experience that we can’t recommend enough. It gave food a whole new dimension. We can’t wait to come back again to visit our new friend.

„Ich komme aus einer großen, traditionellen Familie. Noch heute erinnere ich mich an das Sonntagsessen, an den Duft der Gerichte, die aus einfachen, aber schmackhaften Zutaten zubereitet wurden. Ich lebe noch immer in demselben Landhaus mitten im Grünen in den Balze del Valdarno. Mit mir leben meine Katzen und ein Hund. Ich züchte verschiedene Tiere, darunter Hühner, Gänse und Pfauen. Das Gemüse stammt ausschließlich aus der saisonalen Ernte meines Gartens. Ich kenne und sammle verschiedene Wildkräuter, die meine Gegend uns schenkt, für Salate oder Beilagen.“
