Hallo von Lidia!

Meine Leidenschaft für das Kochen zeigt sich in jedem Gericht, das ich zubereite. Von frischer Pasta, die sorgfältig zu einer perfekten Konsistenz verarbeitet wird, bis hin zu Risottos, die reichhaltige und umhüllende Aromen widerspiegeln. Meine Pasta al forno ist eine Hymne an das Comfort Food, mit harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmten Geschmacksnuancen. Und wenn es Zeit für den Nachtisch ist, widme ich mich der Kreation von Köstlichkeiten, die den Gaumen verwöhnen und die Süße des Augenblicks befriedigen. Jedes Gericht ist ein kulinarisches Kunstwerk, das Ergebnis meiner Leidenschaft, unvergessliche gastronomische Erlebnisse zu schaffen.

: We had such an amazing time at the private cooking class with Anna and Terry. The food was delicious and so fun to make. But the highlight was enjoying the day with the two of them and experiencing the beauty of their home and gorgeous lake view! We hope to come again soon, such a great day activity in Como!
: Lydia and her son Tomasi were excellent! Very nice food and great conversations. They invited us into their home and shared some of their culture with us.
: We had an absolutely wonderful cooking class at Lidia’s home with her and her son. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home like we were old friends sharing a meal together. Lidia was incredibly accommodating of our dairy allergy, making sure every dish was both delicious and safe for us to enjoy. We learned so much, not just about the recipes themselves, but also about Italian cooking traditions and techniques. Every step of the class was hands-on and engaging, and we appreciated the personal tips she shared from her own experience. The food was beyond amazing and there was so much of it! By the end of the evening, we left happily stuffed, full of laughter, new knowledge, and wonderful memories. This was truly a highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Lidia highly enough!
