Meine Küche ist hauptsächlich von den typischen Gerichten meiner Region inspiriert, mit einem besonderen Augenmerk auf Hefeteiggebäck in all seinen Variationen. Von Zeit zu Zeit liebe ich es jedoch, Gerichte aus aller Welt zu entdecken. Was ich meinen Gästen bieten möchte, ist eine Reise durch die traditionelle Küche, angereichert mit einer unverwechselbaren persönlichen Note. Die authentischen Aromen meiner Region vermischen sich mit Kreativität und schaffen ein gastronomisches Erlebnis, das sowohl vertraut als auch überraschend ist.

- Learning to make focaccia Barese with Monica was a wonderful experience. We have taken part in many cooking classes in Italy and look for small group hands-on involvement rather than simply watching someone prepare food. It was clear upon Monica’s warm welcome into her home that this private session would be perfect for us. It was like learning from and sitting down to dinner with friends. As our heritage is Barese, it is especially important to us to preserve traditional recipes, and we fully intend to put this learning to use at home.
- It was an experience as I had hoped it would be. Monica is a wonderful host. Nice and friendly and very helpful. She made us a wonderful dinner and we were pleased to come in her house and meet her family and friends. Nice to see how she made the pasta and tells with love about food and cooking. And also the dessert was delicious. A good choice to do!
- Just the best cooking class with Monica in her home. We learned to make: tremisu, cavateli pasta, and a wonderful tomato sauce. It was delicious. Highly recommend it.
