Meine Küche ist überwiegend vegetarisch und verwendet typische Zutaten aus der Region. Ich mag es, den typischen und traditionellen Rezepten meiner Region eine persönliche Note zu verleihen. Ich lebe in der Altstadt und „stehle” gerne die Geheimnisse der Hüterinnen alter Rezepte, die mittlerweile auf der ganzen Welt bekannt sind.

- This was one of the best experiences of our trip and I have made tiramisu several times since we've been home and everyone loves it! Thank you, Valentina!
- A wonderful morning shopping and Cooking with Valentina. We made orecchiette and tiramisu. She was a great teacher and it was lovely to visit her home in the old town of Bari.

- This was our favorite experience of the cruise. Valentina was the most gracious host and patient instructor. She provided us with a delicious meal around the pasta we made, a warm and welcoming home, and lively conversation. A primo excursion all the way.
- This was by far the best excursion on our cruise. Valentina was top notch and even took the time to take us to her local grocery to pick up some authentic items. She gave us a wonderful experience. She was friendly and had a great sense of humor! I will never forget this experience.
