A light cake, ideal to end a meal in a tasty way

Ingredients

  • 700 g fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 330 g digestive biscuits
  • 130 g butter
  • 10 g gelatin sheets
  • 60 g milk
  • Jam or coulis for garnish

Method

  • Melt the butter in a bain-marie, crush the biscuits and mix the ingredients.
  • Line a 24 cm pan with parchment paper and place the biscuit and butter base, pressing it well with a spoon and leveling the surface.
  • Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water; meanwhile, pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix well.
  • Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it in the milk just heated; once melted, add it to the yogurt.
  • Pour the mixture over the biscuits and level the surface.
  • Let rest in the fridge for at least a couple of hours and serve with jam, coulis, syrup, or your favorite topping.
