My passion for cooking has been with me since childhood. Even as a child, I used to follow my mother and grandmother attentively as they prepared delicious dishes for my large family. The smell of the dishes coming out of the oven was simply intoxicating. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting and studying new recipes to delight my loved ones and friends, always relying on my faithful oven. I am here to show you how quick and easy it is to prepare vegetable dishes, pasta and more with just a few simple steps. I have several suggestions: we can opt for a vegetarian menu or customize it with the addition of meats, just contact me to make arrangements! I am available to accommodate you in large numbers, even in groups.

: Aurora e suo marito sono stati dei fantastici padroni di casa, in un luogo accogliente, con una cucina bella e spaziosa. Aurora si muove benissimo ai fornelli, utilizza prodotti di qualità e dimostra di avere idee innovative che si combinano con la cucina della tradizione. È stato divertente preparare tutti insieme le polpette, mangiare in compagnia e perdersi in tante belle chiacchiere sorseggiando qualche bicchiere di vino. Esperienza consigliatissima
: Esperienza meravigliosa che ripeterò sicuramente. Aurora e suo marito hanno creato un’atmosfera molto accogliente e famigliare, come se fossimo amici da anni. Grazie alle doti culinarie di Aurora abbiamo scoperto i segreti per cucinare alcuni piatti, li abbiamo poi degustati, abbiamo chiacchierato e riso tanto. Il tempo è volato, ma non sarei più tornata a casa!
: What a great class! We had an awesome time with Aurora and her interpreter Carlotta. Aurora warmly welcomed us into her home and made us feel like family right away. She went above and beyond to make the experience special and had tons of interesting information to share about Italian cooking. It was also the best meal we had in Italy! 10/10 recommend. Thank you SO much Aurora! You are a fantastic host, cook and teacher. That was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Italy. We were sad to leave at the end of the night!
: We had an incredible experience at the pasta and dessert class! From start to finish, it was both fun and informative. We learned to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch, and Aurora and Carlota walked us through every step, explaining techniques and tips along the way. The hands-on experience made it easy to understand the process and learn new things! We made two delicious pastas with herbs from her garden, laughed a lot and shared apertivos and wine! Being able to enjoy the fruits of our labor at the end—everything tasted amazing! As if that wasn’t enough, we also made classic tiramisu for dessert. Aurora put us at ease helping us understand how easy this dish could be to assemble! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and fun, and we left knowing we will bring her family and their recipes into our home. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills, enjoy a fantastic meal and meet a wonderful group of humans!
