My passion for cooking has been with me since childhood. Even as a child, I used to follow my mother and grandmother attentively as they prepared delicious dishes for my large family. The smell of the dishes coming out of the oven was simply intoxicating. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting and studying new recipes to delight my loved ones and friends, always relying on my faithful oven. I am here to show you how quick and easy it is to prepare vegetable dishes, pasta and more with just a few simple steps. I have several suggestions: we can opt for a vegetarian menu or customize it with the addition of meats, just contact me to make arrangements! I am available to accommodate you in large numbers, even in groups.

- Great experience! We had a lot of fun at the cooking class. Aurora showed us how to prepare Gnocchi, Tagiatelle and Tiramisu. The dishes tested really good. The communication was a little difficult but google translate helped us.

- Positively incredible from start to finish! Absolutely a highlight of our 3 week trip and our favorite part of Verona!! She stays in contact with us(me) since heading back to the USA, and she has helped coach me on getting my gnocchi **just right** at home! The first time I made it at home, I had some trouble and it was a bit chewy. I told her what I did, and she gave some recommendations for my next try! The second time around it was absolutely perfect! Her advice was **spot on**, and my gnocchi took us right back to Verona! Couldn’t have done it without her! She is so personable. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to communicate with you after your class like this … and provide personalized advice via google translate! She is incredible!!!
