L’esperienza da Antonietta è stata semplicemente meravigliosa! Piero, il marito di Antonietta, e Antonietta ci hanno accolti in maniera estremamente calorosa, facendoci subito sentire a casa nostra. La lezione è stata interessantissima e davvero divertente, immersa in una location molto suggestiva circondata da natura e verde. Essendo un gruppo di ragazze italiane, ci aspettavamo meno sorprese di quelle che abbiamo ricevuto; ma Antonietta porta con sè la cultura della cucina toscana tradizionale e sa raccontare la storia di ogni singolo ingrediente, rendendo così l’esperienza ancora più magica. È stata un’esperienza magnifica che non dimenticheremo mai! Un grandissimo ringraziamento a Piero e Antonietta per la loro compagnia, l’autenticità con cui organizzano quest’esperienza per i loro ospiti e per averci fatto preparare un pranzo delizioso.
We had an incredible experience with Cristina. I am an experienced cook and was hesitant to book the class. However, once we arrived and talked, she tailored the menu to our taste and experience level. It was fantastic.. one of the most enjoyable days of our vacation. She is lovely and knowledgeable and I highly recommend taking a class with her.
We had a wonderful time. During a really busy travel experience here in Florence, it was really nice to get up and out of town and just spend the evening in Christina and Paulo’s s garden. We loved learning about the nuances of Italian cooking, sipping wine and chatting together as we looked over the city. I would definitely recommend such an evening to anyone visiting Florence.
Barbara was amazing- so gracious, warm, smart and kind. From the moment we entered her beautiful home and we knew this was going to be a fabulous experience. Barbara took us to her local markets to buy ingredients for the meal we were to cook. Every step along the way as we prepared the meal was explained and helpful hints and techniques shared. We made a wonderful 3 course meal that was visually pleasing and delicious. We had the most delightful and special time with Barbara. We would recommend her to anyone staying in the Montepulciano area. The cooking experience with Barbara has definitely been one of the top highlights of our trip.
Vincenzo and Stefania were AWESOME! They made my last night in Como with mum so memorable. They were generous with their knowledge, tips and were fun to hang out with! Loved cooking with them!
Debora made us feel like family from the moment we entered her home. The class is one of the best memories from our trip. She was obviously a fantastic teacher because the food turned out delicious. And her husband was delightful too. We were disappointed that we were not able to return to learn how to make the osso bucco that she was teaching later that week. She even printed out a copy of the photo she took with a hand written note as souvenir. We will have to go back for another class one day. Thanks for a wonderful, memorable evening Debora!
Barbara was a fabulous host for my friends and I. Her home was absolutely stunning and so inviting. She graciously greeted us with a champagne toast and prepared a delicious traditional Florence home cooked meal. The ambiance was perfect in her beautiful yard. It made for a perfect night in Florence!
What a fantastic experience! Seeing the market and getting fresh ingredients, taking them ‘home,’ learning to prepare a meal, and finally eating! All of this while being entertained in a beautiful home by a friendly and experienced chef? A resounding success!
