Sunday lunch is a popular and widespread ceremonial in every corner of Italy. Which not only withstands new food trends, but represents the most solid vestige of Italian gastronomic tradition. A laid table, the warmth of a cosy home and the family reunited. This is what Sunday lunch represents for Italians. With my menu I will take you back to that table set on a Sunday with colours and scents that have been flooding the homes of Italians for fifty years. The scents of the earth, wheat, tomato and basil, the basic elements of my beloved land at the table are transformed into masterpieces creating many, many preparations. The warm flavour of Negramaro will colour the glasses with a colour as ingrained as the temperament of this land.

I take care of a vegetable garden in my garden, to always have fresh and seasonal products. In my garden there is a large pergola and in summer the wisteria gives shade and an intense scent."
