With my menu I will take you back to that table set on a Sunday with colours and scents that have been flooding the homes of Italians for fifty years. The scents of the earth, wheat, tomato and basil, the basic elements of my beloved land at the table are transformed into masterpieces creating many, many preparations. The warm flavour of Negramaro will colour the glasses with a colour as ingrained as the temperament of this land.

I love the contact with nature, during my long walks I collect herbs and spices to use in my recipes. I take care of a vegetable garden in my garden, to always have fresh and seasonal products. In my garden there is a large pergola and in summer the wisteria gives shade and an intense scent."
