Cesarina from 2023Location: Sant'Agata de' Goti Languages: Italian and EnglishMy cooking is simple, rooted in tradition, and respects the basic ingredients. I lovingly tend a small garden that provides me with fresh seasonal vegetables. With these, I can recreate recipes from Neapolitan culture, and, why not, add my own personal touch. My favorite dishes? Well, I love them all! If I had to choose, eggplant Parmesan is one of my specialties. In second place, there's definitely "sasicc e friariell" (sausage and broccoli rabe), and in third, Neapolitan "pane cotto" (cooked bread). I enjoy inviting family, friends, and neighbors for lunches and dinners, and my table is always ready for guests. I have fun decorating and preparing different centerpieces and place settings each time.
